Course Details
Arm yourself for the industry by learning the fundamentals of (Axe and shield or Sword and shield or Longsword, Brawling) in our (Viking, Dark ages, Medievil, Action) Masterclass at our fight factory in Digbeth. Learn from our experienced fight team and get high quality footage of your new skills.
Part 1 :
Under the instruction of the Upper Cut Fight Team, get to grips with the weapon system whilst learning how to maneuver your body for camera. We will also help you to develop your skills with the weapon so that it becomes an extension of your acting, achieving the best results for fighting on set.
Part 2:
Put your new skills into practice on camera.With years of experience in film, television and live stunt shows, the Upper Cut Fight Team will coach you to get the best results possible, preparing you for your career as a screen fighter.
Cancellation Policy
Intensives:
Due to there being a limited number of spaces in each course, we do not give refunds. Our courses are very popular and sell out very quick. If you have paid and unable to attend, we are more than happy to move across your training session to another date, but please note if this is a Screen Combat Intensive there is a £15 service fee for exchanging of these courses.
We don't allow exchanging between different courses (i.e changing from a 3 day intensive to a 2 day intensive) these are separate courses, this is due to popularity and limited spaces. You are only allowed to exchange your course up to 14 days of the course starting. Anything after this date we will not be able to move your ticket or offer a credit note. All monetary credits will expire after 6 months from the date they were added to your account.
Outdoor Classes:
We do not give refunds on any classes or pricing plans. If you have booked a single £30 class or £135 1 Day Outdoor Intensive, this cannot be moved or refunded if you can no longer make the class. Pricing Plans are there to give you the freedom to change your date (as long as it is 7 days before the class is due to start). For anything under 7 days, we can unfortunately not exchange or offer credit notes. All monetary credits will expire after 6 months from the date they were added to your account.
This pass is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase and gives you class credits in line with your chosen plan to be used at any time over the 2 months.
Please make sure you book your classes in advance as spaces are given on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not liable for any credits not used.
